Join Henry Winslow and Veronica Lombo for a weekend of immersive yoga practice designed to spark renewed self-inquiry and empower you to progress in your practice over the long term. Each workshop will leave you with new conceptual understanding in a particular area, plus training techniques to help you go deeper with consistent self-directed practice. Each masterclass will take you through a comprehensive sequence of pranayama and asana to clear your energy pathways and make you feel alive.

Backbending: Spine, Ribs, and Shoulders
Develop more complete spinal mobility and open your front body. Learn effective practice techniques including conditioning and flexibility drills, bandhas and energy anatomy application, and asana alignment breakdowns. Workshop will begin with a brief and efficient pranayama and vinyasa yoga warmup to heighten awareness through the spinal column.

Hatha Vinyasa Masterclass
Balance your body and mind with a complete practice. In this class, you will purify the nervous system with pranayama, energize the body with sun salutations, get grounded and focused with standing balancing postures, and find full range of motion through the spinal column with floor forward folds, backbends, and twists. This class is designed to carry you through the full range of physical and subtle experience.

Hip Opening: Pelvis, Deep Abdominals, and Feet
Find fuller range of motion through the pelvis and relieve tension in your hips and lower back. Learn effective practice techniques including conditioning and flexibility drills, bandhas and energy anatomy application, and asana alignment breakdowns. Workshop will begin with a brief and efficient pranayama and vinyasa yoga warmup to heighten awareness in the pelvis and legs.

Handstanding: Technique and Aesthetics
Embrace your inner strength, overcome fear, and learn to balance on your hands and forearms. Beginners will learn stepwise drills to develop comfort and familiarity upside down, and intermediate and advanced inverters will learn progressions and adjustments to clean their aesthetics, improve their “line,” and explore new shapes. Workshop will begin with a brief and efficient pranayama and vinyasa warmup to pre-hab the wrists and activate the bandhas for increased lightness and stability.
A few words about Henry:
Henry Winslow is a dedicated yoga practitioner of 10 years, whose teaching is rooted in the Ghosh, Ashtanga, and Dharma Yoga traditions. In 2018, Henry took first place in the International Yoga Sport Federation’s world championships. Although strength and flexibility initially attracted him to the mat and remain a focal point of his teaching, his appreciation for the practice has since expanded beyond the physical. To Henry, yoga is above all else a tool for cultivating clarity. Through workshops, private and group classes, and his podcast Dharma Talk, Henry empowers students worldwide to connect to their innermost selves, where our natural resilience, unlimited power, and universal compassion reside.
A few words about Veronica:
Veronica Lombo is a teacher, healer, and intuitive empath. Since becoming with familiar with depression, self harm, and suicidal tendencies at the age of 15, Veronica has dedicated her life to finding and sharing the most effective tools and techniques for mental and spiritual wellness. She has been teaching yoga for ten years, and believes that it is a powerful tool for moving energy in the body, discovering your inner strength, and reconnecting with the Divine self.
