Complete Yoga Practice: We will cover the essential concept´s of yoga and their applicability in our modern time as revealed in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Recognizing our present and empowering the creative capacity of the spirit to transform, heal and manifest.
This session includes Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Nidra and SatSang.

We will focus on an internal process of self discovery, using tools that support and activate the recognition of subtle aspects of our being. Removing what harms us and incorporating what help us to live well.

Master Class – The inner Journey
The breath and its relation with the vital energy is the bridge between the gross and the subtle realms. Every state in our lives, either physical, mental or emotional has a direct with the way the vital energy (Prana) is operating in us. Either a state of happiness or sadness, this happens in relation of how the Prana is circulating within us.
We will cover the essential understanding of the energetic system, and will do a complete practice with special focus on breathing and concentration techniques that help us to reactivate, take care and direct our vital energy.
Camilo is a musician as well as a yoga practitioner and teacher for over 10 years, guided directly from Sri Dharma Mittra and Andrei Ram.
Since a Young age he was inspired with the self – exploration which he enhanced trough music and he also had the fortune to get in contact with the ancient indigenous wisdom current of South America.
This increasing longing was the cause that allowed the meeting with Dharma Mittra, Andrei Ram and the Yoga science to empower his quest in the spirit.
He is the creator and director of Bhakta Project, a musical group that combines the ancestral wisdom of mantras with a modern musical language. (www.bhaktaproject.com)
Over the last 4 years, he has helped develop YogaVida (www.yogavida.com.co) and ShyamAshram (www.shyamashram.com) in Cali-Colombia and is constantly sharing courses in Colombia, South America, Puerto Rico and Europe.
