Introduction to Practicing Meditation
Meditation, the culmination of yogic practice, brings us in contact with our personal Existence, Awareness, Bliss, which are the inherent features of our true Self. The mind acquires clarity and our deepest self radiates with peace and power, as it realizes its radical freedom.
In this series of encounters, we will practice getting in touch with our deepest self, letting it unfold and express itself. We will get to know the basic meditation practices – along with proper preparation, we will share our findings, and we will face whatever comes to the surface, in order to build a personal meditation practice. This practice will then accompany us in the most essential way, in every moment of our lives.
