In the company of beautiful Hindustani Music, this class challenges the student to go deeper in their personal practice, removing fears and obstacles, as well as providing tricks to achieve great results!
The practice and music will guide you to a tension-free state of radiant health achieved through the postures (Asanas), breathing (Pranayama), Meditation (Dhyana), Concentration (Dharana), activation of the energetic centers (Chakras), and a final relaxation (psychic sleep) enhanced by sound.

Mantras & Bhakti Workshop
Bhakti is the branch of yoga linked to Love, Aspiration & Devotion. Mantras are powerful ancient words which connect us with our inner self, remove obstacles and clear our way towards Self-Realization.
With the guidance of an expert Bhakti Yogini – born and raised in a family of Indian Musicians – we will learn how sound, mantras and our own voice can become powerful tools to help us in our daily life as well as in our path towards Self – Realization.
Meet the Teachers:
Andres began to receive teachings of yoga since youth. Vegetarian since age 14. He lives in a yogic community in the South of India named Auroville, teaching daily yoga classes, offering therapies and workshops.
After being blessed with the opportunity of studying yoga in several places including Krishnamacharr Yoga Shala, Auroville, Dharma Yoga Center and an Ashram in India, he finally found his inspiration in the teachings of Master Yogi Sri Dharma Mittra. Therefore, his classes are deeply inspired and rooted in his teachings.
He is also certified in Yoga Thai Massage by the Sunshine Massage School and Therapy Thai Massage School. Meditation is part of his practice, and he has completed courses in Vipassana meditation (Goenka Lineage), Pranic Consciousness, and Vision Quest of the Native American Lineage, among others. Parallel to his studies on Yoga and Meditation he has a qualified career on Ecology.
Andres dedicates his life to live and transmit the teachings and Love for Yoga around South America, India and Europe.
Lakshmi Santra was born in Calcutta in November 1969. Her father is a talented musician, and since her childhood Lakshmi has been bathed in an atmosphere of music …
She studied Hindustani vocal art, the style of Northern India from 1983 to 1988 at the University of Calcutta in Iderahabad Prayag, Sangeet Somiti. She sings the traditional ragas, pieces of classical Indian music, she also sings traditional songs from Bengal, bhajans, devotional hymns in Sanskrit.
In 2000, she was invited to the World Music Festival of Château d’Oex in Switzerland. And from thereafter she has been spreading her knowledge around Europe, doing concerts and workshops in Switzerland, France, Greece, Belgium, Romania, Budapest.
