Summer Schedule 2019

🌞The summer has enter and we have prepared a specially designed summer schedule and we expect you to join our group!
Summer is also the perfect time to go deeper into our practice, to adapt it to the warm weather and the happy mood and to enjoy it!
🔛Dharma Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Prenatal Fitness and Vinyasa Flow Yoga!
💥All classes are adapted to all levels of trainees, suitable for BEGINNERS as well!
From July 1 to September 26, the schedule is modified as follows:
20:00 – 21:30 Hatha Yoga (Thanasis/Yiannis A.)
18:30 – 19:30 Aerial Yoga (Alexandra)
20:00 – 21:30 Dharma Yoga (Alexandra/Elena)
18:30 – 19:30 Prenatal Fitness (Artemis)
20:00 – 21:30 Hatha Yoga (Artemis)
20:00 – 21:30 Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Nancy)
