🔹The immersion is a part of Advanced Yoga 500hr Teacher Training Course and is addressed to experienced practitioners and certified yoga teachers who wish to advance their personal practice and their teaching skills.

🔹The immersion is certified by Yoga Alliance USA,  in the “Continuing Education” category.

🔹It includes:
✔Human constitution – The Yogic perspective
✔Observation
✔Methodology & the principals of the therapy
✔The dynamic of the breath
✔Connective tissue & yin yoga
✔Exploration of the deepest healing techniques of yoga that affect the practitioner on the physical, psychological and spiritual level
✔Techniques and “tools” with their positive effects & contraindications on the human body systems
✔Deep understanding of general health and the therapeutic approach of yoga to specific diseases, injuries and physical limitations
✔The connection of the stress to different diseases – methods and techniques of dealing with it in modern life
✔Yogic diet
✔Personal practice & and teaching one to one and in small groups
