100-hour Yoga Training Program with a Therapeutic Approach
We present to you a training program for yoga teachers and experienced practitioners, which will offer a complete yoga experience with a therapeutic approach. It is a specialized program that combines all necessary knowledge with practice, to get you in contact with the healing power of yoga practice.
*Together with the Yoga Foundation Immersion it is a 200-hour training program certified by Yoga Alliance (USA).
🔺The training will be carried out online in case our studio remains closed according to the instructions of the National Public Health Organization, within the framework of the prevention measures for COVID-19.

Prerequisites:
Certification by a General Physician or Cardiologist which allows the trainee to practice any kind of physical exercise / yoga valid for 2021.

Including:
- Musculoskeletal diseases, such as cervical syndromes, back pain, arthritis and chondropathies, scoliosis, kyphosis, lordosis, chronic stress syndromes, etc.
- Rheumatic diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis
- Neurological diseases, such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis
- Chronic pain and chronic diseases, due to psychological causes (mental illness, neoplastic diseases)

- The role of “stress” in diseases – methods and practices for dealing with it in modern life

The Art of Sequencing & Adjustments Immersion
Including:
- Observation – Feeling – Sensation
- Intention of a teacher – Support the breath of the practitioner
- How to decide when to use a specific adjustment & to chose the proper one
- The form, the “keys” of energetic roots and the most common mistakes in asana alignment
- How to apply different types of adjustments depending on each group of asana
- The principals and the ways of creating a sequencing in a yoga class
- Planning a yoga class with a sequencing for beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners
- Thai Yoga Massage techniques which are applied on musculoskeletal system, connective tissue and the breath
- Personal practice & and teaching one to one and in small groups

Travel and accommodation expenses are not included.
Cancellation Policy
1. Advance payments are not refundable.
2. In case of cancellation up to one month prior to the beginning of the training, the entire amount of money is refunded, except for the deposit.
3. In case of cancellation less than a month before the training, the amount of money is non-refundable.
