Advanced Yoga 500hr Teacher Training Course

📍The specific training program is certified by Yoga Alliance USA (RYS 500). Each trainee can register with Yoga Alliance USA upon completion of the program as RYT 500.

📍Advanced Yoga 500hr Teacher Training is a complete training program, organized by Anahata Yoga Studio, with more than 500 hours of training for experienced yoga teachers who want to delve into the science of yoga and the holistic ways of therapy. It consists of a series of 12 independent modules/workshops that combine the traditional teachings with a modern way of living.

Each module is unique and aims at opening the horizons for trainees to experience this new approach and to apply it in their own teachings. The most well trained and specialized teachers have been chosen for each training module, so that the trainees can enjoy the benefits of a proper and complete education.

What makes particular teacher training STAND OUT is its experiential part. Each module, each workshop, is not just another “lecture” from a “specialist”, it is a life experience experienced by the learner himself under the guidance of an experienced instructor. Thus, the trainee learns how to share in their own classes, through their personal experience, which makes them go beyond being a yoga teacher, to becoming a life teacher!

📍The program can be completed in one or two academic years and each trainee can choose either the whole program (all 12 modules), or parts of it, depending on his/her needs. Also a trainee can start the program with any of the twelve modules. In order to achieve the certification of the Advanced Yoga 500hr Teacher Training Course a trainee has to complete all twelve modules of the training program.
