Meditation is a form of concentration obtained through the internalization of the senses and focusing the mind on one point. Through meditation techniques used in this class, the practitioner develops inner peace and tranquility. Meditation is now considered a remedy, since the mind relaxes and eliminates negative thoughts and tensions, learning to isolate the positive experiences. So through meditation techniques we use, we learn to live in the present and enjoy every moment of our lives.
