Hatha Yoga Flow-Somatic Recharge & Relaxation

A practice based on hatha yoga, a flow that connects one posture to the next, following the rhythm of the breath and balancing between strength and flexibility. Just where our energy body seems to meander gracefully between the asanas of the physical!

This practice has a rejuvenating effect on all the systems of the body, while at the same time it cultivates the feeling of a deeper relaxation of the physical body even in its more subtle structures. We end the practice with a sense of connection, lightness, calmness and clarity, automatically transferring the benefits of the practice from the mat to real life.

The course is addressed to practitioners of all levels. With excellent guidance for beginner students and a multitude of variations for advanced students, who will be able to develop and deepen their personal practice.
