Fusion Yoga – ONLINE

In this class, different types of yoga mingle: Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Dharma succeed each other and create an overall kind of workout whose aim is to connect the breath to the mind and the body.

We choose elements from the teaching of different lineages and blend them together in a mixture that revives and strengthens the body, relaxes the mind and brings out the breath as what it truly is: the protagonist of the circle of life.
