Full Body Vinyasa Flow – ONLINE

A dynamic and smooth practice with a lot of flow from one asana to the next, in which the movement follows the rhythm of our breath.

A practice designed in such a way so that it can strengthen and elongate the body, its aim being to approach deeper poses in a secure and conscious manner.

By gradually delving into the practice, the students focus on their senses and adjust the practice according to their own needs. By aligning themselves to the magic flow and evolution of life, they begin to realize the particular energy that the yoga practice cultivates.
