Dynamic Hatha – ONLINE

A practice suitable for students of all levels. Breath techniques and basic dynamic yoga poses (asana) allow us to experience deeply each and every variation.

Poses are connected in a creative way letting the breath guide their order, thus strengthening the body and the mind. We observe our own reactions, we experience them through the asanas, while the relaxation techniques reward our physical and subtle body.
