Dynamic Alignment & Release

A practice that uses myoperitoneal release techniques as well as the body’s weight for the overall activation of the physical body. It aims at creating a sense of physical fitness, but also a deeper and more subtle awareness of its structures, the relationship between them and the whole body. We complete our practice with a sense of strong connection, strength, release and balance. It is addressed to all practitioners, regardless of their age and physical condition and it does not require any previous experience in yoga.
