Dharma Yoga is a deep yet dynamic form of yoga which is based on fifty years of practice of Yoga Master Sri Dharma Mittra. The practice is suitable for students of all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners.
As students move through the postures (asana), they are encouraged to experience the practice in a meditative and spiritual way. The ultimate goal of Dharma Yoga is know yourself, it is self-realization.
Dharma Yoga is taught by Elena Mouratidou, under the guidance of her beloved teacher, Sri Dharma Mittra.
